how to be healthy
 People have a lot of ideas about how to be healthy. One man in India named Fauja Singh feels that a long healthy life is very important. There are 3 things that Singh thinks we must do to be healthy. They are eat vegetarian food, exercise and smile.
 First, we should eat vegetarian food, especially ginger curry. Vegetable lower the risk of strokes and heart attacks. It also lowers blood pressure.
 Second, we should walk or run 8 miles a day. It will strengthen our body ans increase our stamina. It is not a strenuous activity to walk and most people can do it.
 Last, he says to smile as often as you can. Smiling help us feel happier and if lowers stress. It also encourages other to smile too.
 According to Singh, if you eat healthy food, exercise, and smile, you probably will have a long healthy life just like him
