How to be healthy

People have a lot of ideas about how to be healthy.Fauja Singh feels that a long healthy life is very important.Singh suggests eating healthy,

exercise,and to smile for a long, healthy life.The first thing to do is eat vegetarian, especially ginger curry.Because it can lower the risks of stroke

and heart attacks.It also lowers blood pressure.The next step is walk or run eighr miles a day.It can strengthen our dody and increase our stamina.

Walking is not very strenuoua,and it's great for our body.Lastly, smile as often as you can.Because smiling can make you happier.It lowers  stress

and encourages other to smile too.If you eat healty food, exercise and smile. you can live a long, heathy life and see you on your 100th birthday.
