people have a lot of ideas about how to be healthy.one man from india,Fauja Singh has a few ideas of his own for a long,healthy life.he suggests to eat vegetarian food,especially ginger curry.because ginger curry lowers the risk of strokes and heart atacks.it also lowers your blood pressure.so it 's very good for your health.secondly,he suggests walking or running 8miles a day. it will strengthen your body, and increases your stamina.finally, he belives that we shoud smile as often as we can. it makes you feel happier,and it lowers stress. it also encourages others to smile too.if you want to be healthy, follow fauja Singh's suggestions and you can be healthy too. by eating healthy,exercising ,and smiling as often as you can will lengthen your life. follow these 3 ideas , and you can maybe live to 100years like Fauja Singh.
