People have a lot of ideas about how to be healthy.

Do you ever think about having a long healthy life?

If you want a healthy life, you should eat healthy, exercise, smile.

First, you can eat ginger curry because you can lowers blood pressure.

Or you can eat healthy food to keep your health.

Second, you can exercise. Because it increases stamina.

Sometimes, you have to exercise, like swimming, running or jump rope.

Last, you will smile as often as you can, because you can lowers sstress and feel happier.

If you can't smile anytimes. You thinks your favorite food or person is good for smile, too.

If you remember these, you can live a healthy life.
