Do you want to live a long time? If you do, follow the advice of Faufa Singh. He suggests eating vegetarian food, exercise and smiling or laughing as often as you can. First, he believes eating vegetarian fodd will help you live a healthy life. A vegetarian diet can make your body healthy because it lowers your risk of strokes and heart attacks. It will also lower your blood pressure. The second thing he suggests is to walk or run 8 miles a day. Walking or running can strengthen your body and increase your stamina. It is also not a strenunous activity so most people can do it. Third, he things we should smile or laugh as often as we can. If we smile or laugh, we can feel happier and it lowers stress. It will also encourage others to smile too. Others can be healthier when you smile. By eating a vegetarian diet, walking or running eight miles a day and smiling as often as you can are great ways for a long healthy life.
