How to be healthy
People have a lot of ideas about how to be healthy.One man from India
named Fauja Sigh thinks that a long, healthy life is very important.
He suggests that to live a long life, we must eat healthy, exercise and smile.
 First, you shold eat vegetarian food. Especially, ginger curry.
Ginger curry lowers blood pressure. It also lowers the risk of stroke and heart attacks.
 Second, we should walk or run 8 miles a day.You may think it is a strenuous activity.
But, it is not strenuous to walk. If you do it, you can strengthen your body and increase your stamina.
Finally, smile as often as you can. If you smile a lot, you become happier.
As a result, your stress will lower. Smiling encourages others to smile too.
If you follow Singh`s suggestions to eat vegetarian, run or walk 8 miles a day, and smile as often as
you can, you can be healthy and live a long life too.
