People have lots of ideas about how to be healthy.One man in India, Fauha Singh suggests 
to live a long time you should eat healthy, exercise, and smile. He feels that a long healthy
life is very important. First, he believes to eaat vegetarian food, especially ginger curry.
It is healthy because it lowers your risk of strokes and heart attack.It also lowers blood pressure.
Second, he suggests walking or running eight miles a day.It's important to keep fit with exercise
becauseit strengthens our body. It also increases our stamina.Walking is not a strenous activity
and just about anyone can do it. Last, smile as often as you can. Smiling helps you feel happier.
