How to be healthy

 People have a lot of ideas about how to be healthy.
For example,marathon runner,Fauja Singh's,is 100 years old,and has
some suggestions.He suggests to eat healthy,exercise,and smile.
He feels that a long,healthy life is very important and we should do
what we can to live long.
 There are three things that have worked for Fauja Singh.
The first thing is to eat vegetarian food,especially ginger curry.
For example,it lowers the risk of strokes and heart attacks.
It lowers blood pressure,too.
 The next step is to walk or run eight miles a day.
It can strengthen our body,and increase our stamina.
Walking is something that most anyone can do and isn't very strenums.
 Finally,smile as often as you can.
It makes you feel happier,lowers your stress,and encourages others 
to smile,too.I think this is very good advice to live a long healthy life.
 Fauja Singh believes we should eat vegetarian food,walk or run eight miles a day,
and smile as often as you can to be healthy.
